lyrics
One Earth, One Mind:
Well look at us now, so profound and well rounded // somehow this know-how will keep us grounded // our ears are numbed from the industrial hum and our eyes are blind from reflection of where we come from // We come from the air // We come from the sea // From the land that gives us all we need // But our disease of mindless greed is present in all we see // I think there's something in the water // I’m choking on this poisoned air // All destruction is self destruction we’re beyond the point of repair // So dig a hole and toss me in // I want to live inside the Earth // My only purpose my only worth is to go back to the dirt // Where I’m from I wish to return // But it might be all covered up by time it’s my turn in broken glass // And plastic bags the remains of ingrained behaviors // Our grave has been paved // With the latest upgrades // Images of our hollow saviors //These and more will lace the floor // When we embrace our open sore // What will we learn when it’s our turn // Will we grow or will we burn? // We won’t find salvation in the allegiance we have sworn // No warnings or reform will stop the coming storm // No policies or philosophies or self defeating technologies // We’ll have to die before we are reborn // Spirit and mind // All is divine // We are all we see // Don’t be blind to our common ties // I am you and you are me // From the bugs we step on to the blazing cosmos // The sleeping cells and the sprawling trees // We are all born from the same beautiful chaos // When we are one we will be free
Our best friends in the world and our sister band/busking partners in Pittsburgh. These lovely people write melodic river folk that will give you feelings. They even let us be in their band sometimes! Cousin Boneless
Our friend Ricky is the reason Chris started playing accordion, and took party to the birth of Cousin Boneless. This album does things that we cannot explain or fathom. Just listen to it Cousin Boneless
The Rail Yard Ghosts came to Pittsburgh to play a show in our house a few years back. It was the catalyst for Cousin Boneless to exist. We would truthfully not be around if not for these folks Cousin Boneless

A timeless album from one of the all time folk punk greats. I am so grateful for Pat the Bunny having blessed mine and so many other's with their music! This album will always be here for me. junehenryfan4lyfe

This album is like cracking a cold 40 of steel reserve after fighting in a parking lot at 3 in the morning. If you could bottle youth it would be hard to get a better brew than this. databender
